One heart felt dream for a group, another giant leap of a project for the charity, World of Water.

When approached by the most forward thinking individuals it’s always best to check out their ideas and listen closely to their thoughts.

This was a big project that so nearly happened for a group wanting to start a thriving community. Their bid for the land with its medieval lake and castle remains was not accepted but the good news is that a special needs school charity bought the property.
