4 Letts use IOL |
Brand icon for major educational publisher |
When Letts Educational Publishing needed a hero to spearhead their new Know-all Publication, IOL epitomised the image of the day from trainers and
shades to posture, attitude and hair-style. |
It took 24 facial expressions before a final one was confirmed for print. |
Getting it right, first time, saves time. |

5 Morrison's safety issue |
IOL were brought in by the Children's University and Morrison Developments Limited on a Birmingham Foundation Project to 'make a difference'! |
Local children were playing on a dangerous derelict site too unaware of its dangers. |
IOL's project ensured that local children: |
i visualized potential problems and dangers ii tested their ideas through role-play, and,
iii came to realise the importance of personal safety. |

6 Safety in Letters |
Royal Mail wished to extend their existing 'Adopt-a-Box' scheme which was solely using the 'Postman Pat' character |
We prepared a set of ten characters based upon post boxes through the ages, and included a story-line for use in schools. |
Schools who 'adopted' post boxes were to 'look-out' for any damage to their post box and ring a special number to call in the maintenance people from Royal Mail. |
